Front Office Attendant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

As Receptionist:

• Implement all reception/registration activities and check out of guests timely and correctly;
• Greet Customers entering establishments. Ensure all Guests receive prompt and cordial welcome;
• Ensure familiarity with Company pricing, policies and procedures, …
• Promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures then report to FO Manager/FO Supervisor for further follow up;

• Efficiently and accurately receive and process individual reservations via telephone calls and email;
• Ensure accuracy of the daily Tee Sheet Reservation reports;
• Review accuracy of the next day reservations, ensuring special requests required related departments are attended to;

As Reservation Officer:

• Receive, unpack, label and display merchandise sold in the Golf Shop as per direction from the Supervisor;
• Maintain the clean orderly appearance of the Golf Shop throughout the day;
• Work with Accounting team on periodic physical inventories;
• Monitor stock levels & inform the Supervisor if any stock items are low level stock;
• Other assignments from Line Manager.
