Sales Manager/ Quản lý Kinh doanh (MICE & LEISURE - based in HCMC)

As our Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager, you will champion the hotel’s sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Your core mission is to :

1. Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation

• Masterfully negotiate contracts and creatively up-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute creative sales strategies by leveraging your deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and demand patterns.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through targeted sales calls, networking events, FAM trips, and trade shows.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Serve as the primary client advocate, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution by collaborating closely with our Events Management and Operations teams.
• Actively seek and respond to guest feedback to consistently elevate our service quality and exceed expectations.

3. Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve personal and team revenue goals.
• Embody and promote our brand's high standards of service, acting as a role model for the entire team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal partners to guarantee a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.

• Bảo hiểm: Đóng đầy đủ các loại bảo hiểm bắt buộc (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN) và tặng thêm gói Bảo hiểm sức khỏe tư nhân.

• Good Vietnamese and English Language skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.

• Detailed knowledge of working practices of Accounts.

• Strong administrative skills.

• Reasonable knowledge of computer systems.

• Ability to cope with pressure.

• At least 3 years experience in Sales at international hotels.
