Mô tả công việc
• Actively up-sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
• Achieve personal and team related revenue goals.
• Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
• Manage accounts and or market and geographical segments assigned.
• Work collaboratively with Events Management team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
• Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing transient business and group/catering-related opportunities.
• Execute exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their program/event.
• Partner with Event Management and/or Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer's expectations.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Perform other daily tasks as directed by Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
• Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
• Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for group/catering sales opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control hotel occupancy.
• Execute and support hotel's Customer Service Standards and hotel's Brand Standards.
• Provide excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the brand.

- 100% salary in probation time.
- 45 working hours per week, 02 days-off per week.
- 100% service charge.
- 02 duty meals per working day.

- Attend frequently training courses of the group.

- Attend Vietnamese Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance as soon as completing probation.
- Additional Associate Health Insurance during the time working at the hotel.
- Housing allowance as the hotel’s policy.
- Annual Bonus as per the hotel’s policy.
- Daily Shuttle bus is provided to work.
- Uniform is provided as the hotel’s policy.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good Vietnamese and English Language skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals.
• Detailed knowledge of working practices of Accounts.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Reasonable knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to cope with pressure.
• At least 3 years experience in Sales at international hotels.
