Concierge Attendant/ Bellman

JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:

- Responsible for welcoming guests and delivering an impeccable arrival/ departure experience, including safe handling, tagging, storage, and delivery of luggage to/from rooms, vehicles, and airport transfers.

- Responsible for providing accurate information concerning hotel/ local information, coordinates transportation, and handle guest inquiries.

- Manage the receipt, logging, secure storage, and delivery of guest mail, messages, and parcels in compliance with SOPs and privacy standards.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome and farewell experience for all guests.

2. To assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and other requests in a courteous and timely manner.

3. To provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to guests regarding hotel services and local attractions.

4. To deliver courteous and attentive service, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and exceeded.

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
• Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
