Essential duties and responsibilities

1. Create content pieces that boost brand awareness and drives social media engagement.

2. Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, brand web site, etc.

3. Create storylines that capture the attention of the target audience

4. Recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

5. Produce content marketing campaigns to build a community of engaged followers and fans.

6. Work closely with the team to create innovative content ideas to optimize content for publication across various social media sites.

7. Plan content creation and stories and execute production with the help of hotel departments

8. Follow an editorial calendar, collaborate with other members to ensure timely delivery of materials/ content.

9. Analyse and research what content works and what doesn't and develop strategic plan closely

Graduated in Business Administration, Restaurant - Hotel Managements

Working knowledge of content management systems

Knowledge and skill in Camara work, lighting and video production

Video and Photo editing skills

The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Effective communication skills.

Creativity in developing storylines for engaging videos

Proven video and photo content work of quality
