• Maintain general filing systems

• Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message

• Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation

• Handle general enquiries

• Arrange appointments and meetings

• Take dictation of correspondence as required

• Open and sort mail

• Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters

• Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization

• Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them

• Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades

Handle all related jobs in the Department

• Demonstrate awareness of occupational & environmental health and safety policies.

• Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic.

• Possess a recognized local qualification as well as any legal requirement such as Professional Certificates or Licenses

• Maintains liaison with environmental protection agencies, local authorities, and community representatives

• Cooperates and communicates with other sections in the Engineering department

Required Skills –

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Ability to type 45 WPM

• Good communications and writing skills

• Tasks and Project Management

Qualifications –

•Diploma in Business or Secretarial Study

• Professional qualifications corresponding to the hotel’s environmental treatment systems

Experience –

• 1 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience  and possess strong ability to analyze metrics/statistics, data and evaluating results.
