1. Profit and Loss are responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
2. Manage the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
3. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
4. Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long-term strategic goals for the property.
5. Develop improvement actions, and carry out cost savings.
6. A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
7. Closely monitor the hotel’s business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
8. Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, are on target and accurate.
9. Maximizing room yield and hotel/resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.
10. Prepare a monthly financial report for the owners and stakeholders.
11. Draw up plans and budgets (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.
12. Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
13. Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staff.
14. Coordination with HOD for the execution of all activities and functions.
15. Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
16. Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
17. Be accountable for the responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
18. Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
19. Lead in all aspects of business planning.
20. Other duties are performed as assigned by the Owner and Operator.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Prerequisites:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
2. Education and Experience:
- A University Degree in Hotel Management or a related field with experience in opening a new property
- Excellent computer system skills
- Vietnamese national only with significant luxury and international experience, ideally including experience in remote locations. And a minimum of 5 years as a Hotel Manager or 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager in a branded property such as ACCOR, IHG, Wyndham..
