Mô tả công việc

- Answer and process all phone calls received in a warm, friendly and courteous manner whilst adhering to standards.

- Ensure the smooth running of the day to day housekeeping administration and co-ordinate effectively with reception and housekeeping personnel.

-College graduation or above;

- At least 1 year-experience in the similar role

- Computer literate, Secretarially Trained and Office Solutions

- English proficiency and hospitality trained

- Effective communication, organized and high level of confidentiality
