Mô tả công việc

1. Report direct to Executive Assistant Manager.

2. To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment by Executive Assistant Manager

3. To be a confidential translator for all documents to and from Executive Assistant Manager

4. To keep records, control and scheduling appointments for Executive Assistant Manager

5. To handle all personal affairs for Executive Assistant Manager.

6. To be able to exercise initiative and work with confidential information of Executive Office.

7. To prepare weekly internal newsletter, welcome cards/ welcome letters on behalf of Executive Assistant Manager

8. To control administration tasks of Executive Office.

9. Typing all documents and reports as required by Executive Assistant Manager

10. All secretarial works as assigned by Executive Assistant Manager
