Revenue Analyst

• Support hotel's yield efforts, via analysis and reporting that ensure that all segments and distribution channels are mined for revenue opportunities based on budget, forecast, pace and market demand.
• Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems and not limited to: Opera/PMS/Booking Engines/Channel Manager/Ideas, and OTA’s
• Prepares short and long-term forecasts.
• Compiles and communicates all documents, reports and presentation for required ownership, hotel and leadership reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly) and Annual Budget discussions.
• To prepare data analysis and reporting
• To assist in daily inventory management and rate loading.
• To assist in the preparation of all required reports for the overall revenue management function of the hotel.
• To assist in providing the hotel team with external market intelligence.
• Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with the participating hotels’ rooms, casino and resort yield
• Assist for preparation of forecasts (budgets and projections) and critiques of sales strategy effectiveness
• Ensures that all rates, packages, eChannel and hotel sales strategy information is built in the hotel’s inventory systems.
• Prepares revenue and profit opportunity analysis

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field. Familiarization with hotel revenue management concepts and tools preferred.
• Relevant Revenue Management / Front Office / Reservations / Sales & Marketing hospitality experience in large scale hotels desirable.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret revenue performance data
• Must effectively manage and adhere to strict daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
• Extensive proficiency in Opera, Vision, Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required and ability to manipulate data essential
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to operate in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated maturity.
