Senior Procurement Officer

• Executing Sourcing request from all the different business units across the company, especially for Gaming and Destination Marketing….
• Clarify the specification/scope of works with concerned from Departments.
• Collaborates with operations, supply chain, quality, and other departments to ensure that vendors meet high performance standards.
• Search for potential suppliers, runs competitive bidding process for designated spend areas in line for a given category or area of spend and choose suppliers based on quality, service, and cost.
• Ensure that items/services are acquired at the best possible pricing.
• Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records in the Procurement system.
• Keep track of quality and delivery performance of suppliers to aid future supplier selection.
• Issue PO/Contract and expediting the delivery timely.
• Follow up the procedure to pay progress for vendor in due date.
• Control lead time of all items/services and shorten lead-time as much as possible.
• Monitor the quality of purchased items/services and follow-up with end-user to ensure end-user’s quality expectations are satisfied.
• Maintain long term partnership with key suppliers to ensure adequate supply of high-quality products for the organization.
• Manage on receiving and responding to customers’ complaints/ queries. Liaise with related department for good solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures that all relevant contractual documentation is handled in accordance with the Contract Management Process.
• Supporting with preparing cost analyses, and reports.
• Further related tasks assigned by Line Manager/the Company management if any.
• Yearly analyses on category strategic to optimize procurement procedure with the effective budget.

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a procurement role
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent negotiation skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including SAP.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese, both verbally and written.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of Supply Chain.
• Previous experience within the hotel & casino industry and relevant with mentioned responsibilities of this vacancy
