Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth and efficient service during the assigned shift.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure all operational information is properly communicated to the team.
  • Supervise Front Office team members and ensure compliance with hotel, brand and service standards.
  • Review Front Office workflows and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), providing management presence and handling guest requests, complaints and service recovery professionally.
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to resolve operational issues and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Ensure all guest-related incidents, complaints and operational matters are properly recorded and handed over.
  • Monitor VIP arrivals, room status, full-house situations, overbooking and relocation arrangements when required.
  • Conduct and/or oversee the Night Audit process when assigned.
  • Prepare and submit relevant shift reports, incident reports and operational updates to the Front Office Manager/Management.
  • Support upselling initiatives and ensure Front Office colleagues maximize opportunities to promote hotel services and benefits.
  • Provide coaching, orientation and on-the-job training to Front Office team members.
  • Monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and professionalism, and foster a positive and guest-focused working environment.
  • Maintain good knowledge of hotel facilities, F&B outlets, services and ALL – Accor Live Limitless benefits.
  • Attend meetings, briefings and training sessions as assigned by Management.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience, preferably in a supervisory or Duty Manager position.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest service, hotel procedures and Front Office systems/PMS.
  • Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Guest-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
