Responsible for the quality of the product and service, the consistency of the product and service, as well as for the overall revenue and profitability of the Food & Beverage Department.

Take full responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant & bar and the social image on all social media platforms

Create and execute plans for staff development & training

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years experience in a similar position in luxury hotels/resorts;

Management, administration skills & HACCP Knowledges

English & computer proficiency; strong leadership, guest orientation with eye for details, can work under pressure and get the job done
