Mô tả công việc

Will be discuss during the interview meeting:

Develop and implement Restaurant/Bar promotions, strategies and special events
Create attractive and merchandising menus to attract a predetermined customer market
Drive corporate or Hotel specific programs that affect guest satisfaction and profitability in the Restaurants and Bars
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
Develop, recommend, implement and manage the Food and Beverage Division’s annual budget, business / marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet / exceed management expectations.
Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation

Yêu cầu công việc

Two years’ experience in a similar position or Multi-outlets operation in hotels or free-standing restaurants;
Post-secondary education at a culinary institute or a hospitality school
Vietnamese language at professional level verbal and in written is required. Excellent English language skills, additional Spanish language is an advantage.
Strong beverage and bar knowledge
Strong knowledge to develop and implement promotions, marketing strategies, menu items and presentations.
Good Leadership skills and adaptability to different cultures
Financial and Budgeting experience
A strong knowledge of health codes and food safety
