Ecommerce Executive

• Work closely with the Market Manager to ensure optimal room availability and rates based on market demand
• Conduct market research to stay informed about the competitive landscape in the Da Nang market and provide insights to the Market Manager
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities to increase revenue and occupancy
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive direct bookings and grow brand awareness
• Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation
• Manage and monitor the hotel's online distribution channels, including the hotel website and OTAs
• Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure all rates and promotions are accurately reflected across all distribution channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and tactics
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
  
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with hotel distribution channels and revenue management strategies
