- Receive training programs transferred from the Project Team or Training Department Manager.

- Continue to transfer training programs to departments/branches responsible for implementing at the location.

- Evaluate the training plan of the responsible branches, advise and propose appropriate training solutions for the departments/branches.

- Evaluate the training plan and budget of the responsible branch based on the approved plan. Advise and suggest necessary adjustments/supplements.

- Train and implement training control in the departments/branches responsible.

- Work with relevant departments/individuals, schedule class time, interview lecturers/students to fully understand the situation of the department/branch.

- Monitor feedback, propose adjustments to training programs suitable to the characteristics of the responsible branches.

- Review and evaluate the training effectiveness reports of the departments/branches responsible.

- Synthesize, analyze, and evaluate the completion of the training plan and objectives. Advise and suggest improvement measures to the departments/branches.

- Control and propose activities to encourage and promote learning environment and movement of responsible branches.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Planning and Training.

- Design training programs, facilitate training sessions, and manage training activities, as well as online training systems.
