2. Prepares necessary documents as per guideline of Cluster Marketing Executive

3. Designs monthly newsletter and other advertisement.

Thiết kế bản tin hàng tháng và các quảng cáo khác.

4. Collects the updated hotel information, promotions and activities for both rooms and F&B.

Thu thập thông tin cập nhật của khách sạn, các chương trình khuyến mãi và các hoạt động cho cả phòng và ẩm thực.

5. Observes the information from other hotels especially competitors on a regular basis.

Quan sát thông tin từ các khách sạn khác, đặc biệt là đối thủ cạnh tranh một cách thường xuyên.

6. Be Knowledgeable and experience in Internet and e-commerce.

Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về Internet và thương mại điện tử.

7. Ability to use computerized graphic, photo imaging, publishing and editing software.

Có khả năng sử dụng các phần mềm đồ họa, ảnh, xuất bản và biên tập trên máy vi tính.

8. Good calligraphic skill is necessary.

Kỹ năng viết thư pháp tốt là cần thiết.

9. Ensures all printed items are according to the Melia Hotels International Standards.

Đảm bảo tất cả các mục in theo Tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế của Khách sạn Melia.

10. Able to write and speak English fluently. Good interpersonal & communicative skills.

Có khả năng viết và nói tiếng Anh lưu loát. Kỹ năng giao tiếp & giao tiếp cá nhân tốt.

11. Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm.

12. Performs other duties assigned by Cluster General Manager.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Tổng giám đốc điều hành giao.

Education: College Graduate

Languages: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)

Specific knowledge: Graphic design software, including Photoshop InDesign etc. , Powerpoint, Microsoft Office

WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): Min 2 year experience in similar position in hotel industry or in graphic design field.
