Mô tả công việc
- Plan and coordinate employee activities, including team building events, recognition programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and develop content for internal communication and Hoiana’s social media channels to promote employee engagement and showcase the organization’s culture and values.
- Coordinate and support training programs, including scheduling, registration, and logistics.
- Monitoring certain training activities, including new hires orientation, compliance and mandatory training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Creative, dynamic, enthusiastic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (verbal & writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in other relevant software applications is a plus (graphic designs, video making etc.)
