Mô tả công việc

Updating our internal databases with new empployee information, including contact details and employment forms
Filling, data entry and arrange employee profile
Assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception and telephone duties
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Filling the Candidate Tracking for build data sources recruitment
Participate in organizing company events and careers days if any
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000 VND/month, paid based on actual working days
Air-ticket Allowance (2 ways): The amount of allowance will be paid based on point of hire
Accommodation, meals, and uniforms will be provided
Accident Insurance for trainees during the internship period

Effective administration
Computer skills, including Excel and Word
Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
Strong interpersonal and listening
Language: Good in English
Able to engage in at least 3-month internship
