SCOPE OF WORKS:
- To ensure all guests is attentive with services and knowing the reservation of the guests. Recognising

the habits and need of our returned guests and ensuring customers satisfaction is guarant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General:

- To adhere to all fire and safety regulations.

- To maintain company standards in hygiene and physical appearance.

- To attend training, meetings and briefings as required.

- Communicate by following the proper Channel of reporting/ proper manner.

- To liaise with other departments on related issues.

- To complete all given tasks in a timely manner to adhere to operational hours as needed.

- To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the restaurant.

Specific:

- First of all ‘SMILE’ follow the smiling standard as per training module

- Schedules dining reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant. Making decisions about where a group will sit in the restaurant

- Should a party have special needs or request accommodations, the hostess ensures the group's requirements are met. This may include services needed for small children, as well as for individuals with disabilities or food allergies

- They also provide a menu and explain specials. They may answer immediate questions the patrons have.

- Deliver food and beverage services of high standard and procedures of restaurant

- To ensure all B.E.O to be informed to F&B team

- To complete all given tasks in a timely manner to adhere to operational hours as needed

- To contribute to the total guest satisfaction of the hotel

- Make sure all tasks given by his direct superior are accomplished according to the standards of quality and presentation

- Pay particular attention to the needs of the guests

- Keep, maintain and control the cleanliness and hygiene of his work area

- Be aware of all special promotions of his/her outlets

- Inform Restaurant Manager of any special request

- Receive and record guest dining reservations

- Speak with guest to ensure satisfaction with food and service

- Lobbying for comments and send cards to restaurant supervisor

- Perform other duties as maybe assigned

- Willing to support other associate & new trainee especially.

- Take/ hand over well to the next peer who is taking over the shift

SPECIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Level of Education: Pre - Intermediate Qualification of hospitality.
- Good English Communication.

- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;

- At least 6months experiences in the restaurant.

- Good communication skills.

OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Skills: Team word, abilities to visual and improvised

- Pro-active and anticipating problems.
