Mô tả công việc

The Senior Sales Manager is a key commercial driver at Sailing Club Phu Quoc, responsible for managing sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role owns the development and management of key accounts, travel trade partnerships, corporate relationships, and proactive sales activity. The Senior Sales Manager drives revenue growth through strategic client engagement, market intelligence, and close collaboration with the Reservations, F&B, and Events teams to achieve and exceed budget targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort sales, with a proven track record in account management and revenue generation. Minimum 1–2 years in a similar senior sales position.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera preferred), CRM platforms, and MS Office. Good working knowledge of OTA extranets and GDS systems.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a sales team in a performance-driven resort environment.

Communication: Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese. Additional languages are an advantage.

Competencies: Assertive, goal-driven, analytically strong, high negotiation skills, strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, well-presented, high integrity, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
