The Management Trainees are the assets of Bay Hotels and Resources who are potential managers of the group.

You will be on-the-job training at every department on a schedule to develop to be management member.

You will be working in an international hotel in the most bustling and modernized center of Ho Chi Minh City with attractive salary and benefits:

- Competitive salary

- Attractive monthly service fee bonus (service charge)

- Variety changes to be promoted to higher positions

- Meal allowance and parking allowance are provided

- Social insurance package is paid at 100% salary

- 2 day off/ week, 12 annual leave days/year

- 13th Salary bonus, according to year-end business outcome

- You will have 1 day off on your birthday and a gift from the hotel.

- Stylistic uniform is provided and washed by the hotel.

University degree in Hospitality Management with high rank
