Report any damage or valuables in the vehicle prior to parking the vehicle

Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articles

Assist Bellman in unloading luggage from vehicle upon arrival of guests and help to bring the luggage into the hotel lobby whenever necessary

Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features

Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

Valid driving license

Minimum 3 years of driving experience with clean driving records

1 year of experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage

Excellent reading and oral proficiency in English language will be an advantage. Fluently Vietnamese

Good communication and customer contact skills

Service oriented with an eye for details

Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
