Mô tả công việc
- Update/ Prepare Catering Proposals, and customer communication for setup/ service confirmation.
- Prepare catering contracts, and payment process.
- Process contracts with suppliers.
- Input monthly purchasing/ revenue data.
- Weekly revenue report, quantity report, and Special Lunch report.
- Manage Inventory list.
- Prepare Weekly Special Lunch menus.
- Taking food photos, design vouchers, posters, (e)flyers, ...
- Submit Monthly Roster to HR at the end of month.
- Implement menu items into POS machines.
- Manage Facebook Pages.
- Support any outlets during rush hours.
- Other reports/ assignments of manager/BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2- year experience with proven food and beverage experience;
Excellent in writing and editing skill;
Fluent in English;
Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Be dynamic and proactive;
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS);
Communication skills;
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
