Banquet Supervisor

Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager to do conference & catering services operations and for delivering excellent guest experiences as directed by F&B Manager and Board of Directors of the Company.

• Update/ Prepare Conference & Catering Proposals and customer communication for setting up or service confirmation.

• Prepare catering contracts and payment process.

• Process contracts with suppliers.

• Input monthly purchasing/ revenue data of 3 outlets.

• Make payment requests for 3 outlets.

• Coordinate with the accounting department and generate required reports such as sales or revenue reports.

• Manage Inventory list.

• Prepare Weekly Special Lunch menu.

• Taking food photos, design vouchers, posters, (e)flyers, ...

• Submit Monthly Roster to HR at the end of the month.

• Implement menu items into POS machines.

• Manage Facebook Pages.

• Managing a client database and preparing reports.

• Monitor and prepare requisition for purchase of 3 outlets.

• Support any outlets during rush hours.

• Other tasks assigned.

 At least 2-3 years of experience with a related industry.

 Excellent in writing and editing skill;

 Fluent in English;

 Be dynamic and proactive;

 Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS);

 Communication skills;
