- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

- Hire, train, develop, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high levels of productivity, customer service, and profitability.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales with existing customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business goals.

- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting future sales and revenue streams.

- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's products or services.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that they are aligned with company policies and objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and partners.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience with sales management tools, such as CRM software, sales analytics, and lead generation platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of industry trends and regulations, as well as competitive landscape.
