Mô tả công việc

Support the General Manager with Hotel operating and preopening activity, with key focus on operational departments from front office, housekeeping, engineering, security, and recreation departments.

Develops and executes key strategies with fellow Executive Committee Members to ensure the Hotel operates and opens our new rooms with a fantastic team in place, best in class talent strategy, a dynamic and robust business plan, and a clear vision for quality.

While responsible for rooms division, the Rooms Division Manager will contribute to the overall success of the Hotel and be an active Executive Committee Member with exposure to all departments as part of their development towards a General Manager position within the region

Yêu cầu công việc

Is well informed about all aspects of the job and has a minimum of three years senior leadership experience in hotel industry.

Collaborative spirit with strong entrepreneurial skills.

Flexible and able to embrace change effectively and positively.

Writes, speaks, and presents with clarity.

Leadership, learning and development management capability.

Successful pre-opening experience is a plus.
