Mô tả công việc

Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, conduct sales pitches, and close sales deals.
Responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing customer concerns, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Managing customer accounts, maintaining customer databases, updating customer information, and tracking sales activities.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for PABX systems, including diagnosing, configuring PABX settings, and providing instructions to customers on how to use PABX features.
Generating sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback to management on sales activities and customer feedback.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets, quotas, or goals set by the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree or equivalent
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English/Chinese/Korean
Excellent customer service skills
Technical knowledge of PABX systems and telecommunications products or services
Proficient in using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
