Your key job roles and responsibilities are as follows (report to CEO):
a) Assisting in setting up new hotels and overseeing the operation of Hammock Company Limited’s group of hotels in Vietnam;
b) Ensuring performance and profitability of Hammock Company Limited’s group of hotels in Vietnam;
c) Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, F&B staff, and office employees.
d) Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
e) Ensuring smooth daily operations
f) Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and authority
g) Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
h) Partaking in financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.

- English is must. Other language is a plus
- Be pro-active / willing to learn / hard working
- Experience in Hotel business or similar business industry
- Over 30 year old
