Operations Manager

- Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations

- Monitoring daily objectives such as sound volume, lights, table set up, cleanliness of menus, uniforms, and entire restaurant area

- Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality

- Trains and cross-trains the restaurant staff and monitor the overall performance of the corresponding outlets to improve weak areas in productivity and performance.

- Identify ways to improve profitability and customer experiences

- Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions so they can be promoted through social media channels

- Reviewing menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met

- Reviewing menus with bar management to ensure drink quality standards are being met

- Managing the scheduling of employees to ensure coverage during busy hours without overstaffing during slow times

- Hiring and training new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently underperforming or are disruptive

- Establishing long-term objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant

- Always maintains visible presence throughout the department and encourage meaningful and strong guest interaction by you and the Restaurant Operations team.

- Control and manage supplies required in each outlet and come up with plans to reduce breakage.

- Supports restaurant related marketing and ensures promotional materials are featured based on events, restaurant reservation needs, special features or menus.

- Coordinates with tour groups and build a relationship with incoming group leaders

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

-2+ years of experience in a similar position.

- Good English skill

- Skilled in managing and working in a team.

- Planning, reporting, analyzing and evaluating.
