Mô tả công việc

· Ensure yearly targets and business goals to be achieved;

· Prepare and develop company regulations and procedures related to operation to ensure the implement is consistently throughout the areas of responsibility;

· Ensure all policies & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed and in place, according to company’s policy;

· Be fully responsible for business development (including pre- and grand opening), the productivity and quality remaining at high standards, and costs being acceptable by planning the resources in optimum manner;

· Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure all marketing and advertising activities are implemented in proper business direction;

· Ensure all of operations activities being adherence to all local and government laws and regulations;

· Ensure that bar operation comply with all health and safety regulations;

· Monitor quality and quantity control to minimize waste, perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high level of preparation and services;

· Other tasked assigned by B.O.D when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 1 year experience in restaurant/hotel management

- Knowledgeable about the accounting profession

- Good experience in customer care

- Capable leadership

- Good at English.
