Mô tả công việc

- Chào đón và mở cửa cho khách với thái độ niềm nở, nhiệt tình

- Hỗ trợ khách di chuyển hành lý khi khách check in và check out

- Tiếp nhận và giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách

- Hỗ trợ dịch vụ cho khách tại sảnh, luôn lắng nghe và sẵn sàng đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách

- Giải quyết các khiếu nại, than phiền của khách trong phạm vi quyền hạn

- Một số công việc khác theo phân công của trưởng bộ phận

Yêu cầu công việc

- Ngoại hình dễ nhìn, giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt.

- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản

- Có sức khỏe tốt , Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, nhiệt tình trong công việc.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về nhân viên hành lý .
