Mô tả công việc

  • Meet; Greet; and assist players in all situations.
  • Work at the Club Desk and on the Gaming floor to assist guests with inquiries and to advise and sell marketing promotions
  • Sign guests up to The Rewards
  • Assist guests with promotional redemption and the issue other promotion benefit if necessary
  • Offer and arrange complimentary item/goodies for guests,
  • Must continually strive to outperform and exceed guest expectations, be customer focused and possess a genuine devotion to assisting people,
  • To be a ‘wealth of information’, aware of current and future gaming promotions and events, in addition to “Marketing Team” activity. Be an integral part of the guests ‘entertainment experience’
  • Record and transfer the player's compliments or criticisms to the Management/ Marketing team
  • Other tasks arranged by Manager

  • Prefer Female; good looking and friendly
  • Communication in English; and Korean; Chinese is plus

  • Able to work shifts
