Mô tả công việc

Have responsibility for the all operating departments, including but not limited to F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Recreation & Spa.

Have responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.

Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality

Yêu cầu công việc

A strong understanding of hotel operations and administration to include, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, sales, pricing, revenue management and marketing.

Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.

Minimum of 5 years operational management experience preferably in the mid-scale / Upscale
