Mô tả công việc
- Welcome, take care and support guests during their stay as well as performing properly check-in and check-out procedures.
- Interact with the guest and creating excellent experience for them.
- To provide information and answer all the enquires from customers via phone calls, mail,email, social media...
- take order and serve bfast from 07:00-11:30 daily at lounge
- fill up pantry and maintain hotel standard at public place (music, lights, aircon...)
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area & staff room
- Familiar with hotel management system and payment process (by credit/ cash/ moto...)
- No need to work on night shift, shift M: 07:00 - 15:00/ shift A: 15:00 - 23:00
-Working location: The Hammock Global city, district 2
