Mô tả công việc

1. Collect and analyze data from related department to generate accurately the quarter and annual business report.

2. Prepare and revise application dossiers to participate in the process of obtaining various licenses, certificates, and legal documents required for the company's business operations.

3. Review, and stay updated legal regulations, contracts, procedures and other relevant documents to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

4. Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval when needed.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient completion of assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Have a good commands of verbal & written English

• Have a very good sense of working with numbers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Planning, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in business management, planning, and accounting.

• Experience in the hotel industry and/or a background in accounting is preferable.
