Assistant General Manager - Phó Tổng Quản Lý

OVERVIEW:

Assists the General Manager and acts on her behalf when assigned

Responsible for all the sections of the hotel, especially in the Sales, Front Office and F&B function

Set-up or compose procedures and protocols of departments and hotel as a whole

Leads, trains, supervise his/her subordinates and ensure staff meet compliance and perform with excellence

Responsible for the hotel service and guests' satisfaction

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist General Manager in oversee sales, front office, restaurant, room and other back-office departments.

Increase sales of room and hotel profit through room reservations, meeting&events, and F&B services.

Assist the GM in recruiting, interview, train, direct and oversees staff

Ensure the hotel lobby, public areas, rooms, guests outlets are always at the best condition

Be always available to handle any guest's request, problems or complains at the best quality of service

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' inquiries are taken care thoroughly

Assist in cost-controlling and cost-saving

Maximize the guarantee of maintaining all equipment in good condition

Implement compliance to policies and procedures as determined by the management

Support manager and work well with other departments

Perform other duties as may be assigned

- Weekly off-days of 1.5 day

- Provided with 3-star standard rooms;

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Economics, Business Management preferred

Minimum 2-3 years in similar position at hotel similar size; OR 3-5 years experience a senior SM, FOM, or F&B leadership/operations position in the Hospitality industry

Neat appearance, mature age 35 and over preferred

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiating skills
