Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Identify, approach, and develop potential customer segments (Corporate, MICE, Travel Agents, OTA, Leisure, Government, etc.).
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Participate in pricing strategy, promotional packages, and special offers.
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Events, Banquet…) to ensure excellent customer service.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and revenue forecast.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose effective business solutions.
Train, support, and supervise Sales Executives (if applicable).
Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, and other networking events.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

• Good writing skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
