Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a creative and hard-working social media/marketing professional to lead our team in terms of social media strategy and creative direction, content, PR and innovative formats/platforms, in order to push sales and support our growth.
You will be working directly with the founder & CEO, and you will be in charge of managing a small integrated marketing team, and coordinating with the operation team when required. You will be as hands-on as possible and be ready for the upcoming challenges that a rapidly expanding business will throw at you.
- Manage & drive all social media strategy and content across all digital platforms with content and imagery in both English & Vietnamese
- To manage photo/video library for social media and marketing campaigns
- Oversee & curate new menu content development with copywriting & imagery
- To manage photo/video library for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create and manage a monthly social media calendar that is linked to events, products and seasonal offers for online stores, retail shops and events
- To manage social media marketing campaigns from start to finish, in-store & online, and to execute them via the appropriate communication channels with event and retail store managers
- Measure and report performance of all digital and in-store marketing campaigns on a monthly basis including setting budgets for social media spend and return on investment on each campaign
- To assist in the curation of products and promotions, including set-up and design needs in time for launch
- To manage the graphic design team, ensuring they have detailed design briefs for new product, promotions and social media campaigns
- To manage the photography and video team by providing concept direction, planning content, and support in execution.
- To manage all digital platform content to ensure they are up to date across the group, these include but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Google, TripAdvisor & Website
- Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific campaigns objectives across different selling channels
- Analyze customer insights and data provide business recommendations to build brand awareness and grow market share

SALARY: Negotiation
We also provide:
Compulsory insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance)
Meal allowance: 35,000 VND per day
Annual bonus based on time and salary- Compulsory insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance)
Anual Leave: 01 day per month
Working day: Monday to Friday
Employees after signing the labor contract will get discount in any outlets of Marcel Group.

We are looking for a candidate that is equally comfortable in both local and western markets, can communicate fluently in English & Vietnamese, and is as ambitious as we are. He/she must be flexible in their attitude, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Knowledgeable and curious about food & beverage market
- Excellent communication skills, both English & Vietnamese
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enjoy working in an ever-changing, high paced and challenging environment;
- Strong influencing skills at executive level;
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing preferred, but not mandatory.
