• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards aligned with luxury hospitality

• Drive revenue performance and guest satisfaction through effective operational strategies

• Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver refined, personalized service

• Monitor inventory and control supplies to ensure efficiency and quality

• Maintain a premium dining experience in line with international luxury standards

• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience managing restaurants in 4–5 stars hotels/resorts
Preferably with international and luxury hospitality background
Experience in large-scale operations
Strong organizational and management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
Good English communication skills
Experience in Phu Quoc is an advantage
