Accor’s La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Commercial team.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in the Inbound Travel Market and proven experience working with Boutique Hotels, Luxury Resorts, DMCs, Tour Operators, and Direct Contracting Partners.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market share, and positioning La Veranda as one of the leading luxury boutique resorts in Phu Quoc.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the inbound, leisure, and boutique travel segments.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, travel partners, tour operators, DMCs, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
Sell all facets of the resort, including rooms, dining experiences, events, and special promotions.
Account Management
Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts.
Maintain regular contact with business generators, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, convention bureaus, government agencies, and corporate accounts.
Organize and conduct site inspections, familiarization trips, and client entertainment activities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
Analyze sales performance, market opportunities, and business mix to support strategic decisions.
Assist in developing new products, packages, and promotional campaigns.
Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance commercial performance.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities.
Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
Support training, coaching, and development initiatives within the commercial team.
Implement sales action plans and commercial initiatives directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Representation & Networking
Represent the resort at trade shows, workshops, networking events, and sales missions.
Travel when required to develop new markets and strengthen existing relationships.
Maintain close collaboration with Accor regional sales offices and hotels within the network.

Yêu cầu công việc
Strong experience in the Inbound Market, including DMCs, tour operators, travel agencies, and international leisure segments.
Established network within the Vietnam and regional travel industry is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong business development and account management capabilities.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel as required.
