At Hub Hoi An, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager with human resources management, management/executive thinking and equivalent experience in the F&B field.

Hub Hoi An is a coworking space overlooking rice fields and an accompanying restaurant to serve a dynamic international community. We prioritize community connection, friendliness and healthy food for all of our customers and employees.

Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance, inventory management, and facility layout.

Schedule and manage staff, including kitchen staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, and gardeners. Directly involved in the recruitment and training process, managing salary and benefits of employees.

Ensure menu quality according to standards.

Improved menus and recipes.

Train staff in preparation and service steps

Manage kitchen staff & shifts

Manage inventory/suppliers & improve inventory system.

Restaurant staff recruitment

Facilities management - call a repairman and buy equipment.

Gardener Management & Cleaning Staff to a high standard.

Quality control & customer feedback collection.

Able to stand in the kitchen (for the first time)

Have similar experience in restaurant management/operation position.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Ability to process and arrange work scientifically according to procedures and standards.

Fluency in English.

Excellent organization and multitasking ability.

Experience in Food & Beverage planning, procurement and inventory management.

Customer service and problem solving skills.
