Mô tả công việc

Food and Beverage:

Assist in take and preparing room service orders;
Answer questions on menu selections, and assist in checking with kitchen staff;
Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines;
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day;
Assist in setting tables according to type of event and service standards, including types of linens, glassware, plate/chinaware, and silver/flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards;
Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shift;
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of assigned tables including ensuring courses are cleared according to department standards and tables are properly crumbed when appropriate.

4. Air ticket allowance: Fully paid when completing 3 months and above of internship program.

Yêu cầu công việc

No experience required
3rd and 4th year students of Intermediate Schools, Vocational schools, Colleges and Universities who wish to practice/practice related skills in the field of Hotel
Dynamic, hard-working, creative and passionate about success
Communication skills, interacting with guests, colleagues and demonstrating the standards of the resort, the brand and the company.
Basic communication in English
