Site Inspection Management
· Coordinate and arrange site inspections with the onsite team for potential clients and partners.
· Ensure all departments are aligned for seamless execution and presentation.
F&B Sales Development
· Promote and sell F&B offerings across resort outlets.
· Collaborate with restaurant and bar teams to create tailored packages for clients.
Client Relations & Event Coordination
· Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and accounts.
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of events.
· Provide timely updates and solutions to client inquiries and requests.
Market Intelligence
· Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
· Share insights with the sales team to refine strategies and offerings.
Representative Office Support
· Assist representative offices with documentation, proposals, and administrative tasks.
· Ensure timely and accurate communication across all touchpoints.
Account Management
· Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure repeat business.
· Monitor performance and satisfaction levels, and propose upselling opportunities.
Strategic Sales Alignment
· Align sales activities with the resort’s overall business objectives.
· Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas for growth.
Other Responsibilities
· Attend trade shows, networking events, and FAM trips as required.
· Support marketing initiatives and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Experience
· High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Business, or Marketing preferred.
· Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within hospitality.
· Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Technologically savvy and adaptable to new systems.
· Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
