Senior Sales & Relation (Strong Customer Services)

• Develop, train and empower a team of sales &relation experts to handle and answer clients.
• Design customer service sessions through multiple formats (coaching, flashcards, role play, etc.) on topics that require extra training such as: product knowledge, handling issues, unique customer service, etc.
• Present, promote and sell our products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and improve great customer relationships.
• Handle all sales channels (Tik-tok, Zalo, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, special offers, new products, campaigns. Reach out whenever we have something new.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
• Oversee customer relationship management system.
• Handle customer’s complaints and difficult situations. Arise issues when needed.
• Execute the pre-order and online sales of our campaigns and seasonal products. Work and coordinate with your team, Operation and Marketing teams on internal product knowledge, customer’s communication, pre-orders, delivery, customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in customer service with minimally 3 years of experience in a senior position.
• Meticulous and well-organized.
• A passion in customer service.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
