Digital Marketing Executive/ Chuyên viên tiếp thị số

1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels and all online channels including third party websites, OTA’s.

3. Connect with customers through social channels and answer comments, messages.

4. Launch optimized online adverts through GDN, social media, etc. to increase company and brand awareness with an appointed digital agency.

5. Be actively involved in SEO and SEM.

6. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

7. Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

8. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

9. Creative, innovative and aware of technology trends in the travel industry

10. Track online reputation and update brand website.

11. Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Destination Marketing and Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager
