As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the hotel. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.

- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the hotel's customer base.

- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

- Providing regular reports and updates to the management team.

Yêu cầu công việc

To be considered for this role, you should have a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry, with international experience. This could include working in different countries, managing international clients or accounts, or having exposure to diverse markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills would be advantageous.
