• Report for duty at the time specified on the departmental roster, wearing the full company uniform and name badge correctly.
• Demonstrate efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and the highest standard of social and communication skills.
• Handle guest luggage carefully by transporting it from the vehicle to the luggage trolley, ensuring all items are treated with care.
• Coordinate with taxi services to provide fast and efficient transportation for hotel guests.
• Manage and coordinate traffic flow along the hotel driveway.
• Ensure the main entrance, driveway, and car park are kept clear, organized, and clean at all times.
• Recognize and warmly welcome regular guests, returning guests, Meliá Rewards members, and VIPs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the city to confidently provide directions and recommendations to guests.
• Record all significant matters and occurrences in the Duty Log on a daily basis.
• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors.
