Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the HR team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Design visually appealing and impactful graphics for internal communication materials, including posters, infographics, newsletters, and presentations.
Develop and maintain a consistent HR brand identity across all design materials.
Create eye-catching visuals for employee engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
Produce high-quality designs that effectively convey HR messaging and information.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to conceptualize and create designs that align with HR objectives and branding guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the HR team.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, meeting project deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with HR concepts and employee engagement is a plus but not required.
Prior experience working as a freelance graphic designer is preferred.
