Mô tả công việc

Manage security operations on a daily basis with responsibilities including protection of hotel assets, associates, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response. Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure. Maintain logs, certifications and documents required by law and standard operating procedures. Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department. Be responsible for orientating, training, motivating, coaching, developing the security team as well as counselling and discipline when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

06 year experiences in the security, preferably in hotel industry.
At least 02 years of experience as assistant or manager level.
Relevant bachelor degree is preferred.
Training on first aids, fire-fighting and emergency
Knowledgeable about security operations, equipment, procedures, especially in a hotel and government security-related regulations
Dynamic, creative and skilled in solving problems, conducting training, coaching and developing people
Excellent team leadership and management skills
