Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of Spa treatments, wellness programs, and Spa operations.

• Strong business acumen with experience in revenue management and cost control.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spa management systems.
