Reporting to the Supervisor, Receiving & Warehouse, this role will be primarily responsible in assisting and supporting the manager in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted business operation of the resort on Receiving and Warehouse operation. This will include, but not limited to, supervising, and managing the receiving and distribution operation and ensuring accurate warehouse inventory/Báo cáo cho Giám sát BP Kho vận, vị trí này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính strong hỗ trợ đảm bảo hoạt động kho vận của khu nghỉ dưỡng được liền mạch. Công việc sẽ bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn ở, giám sát và quản lý việc nhận và phân phối chính xác hàng trong kho.
Manage the deliveries schedule from suppliers to optimize docks availability/Quản lý lịch giao hàng từ nhà cung cấp để tối ưu hóa khu vực nhận dỡ hàng.
Supervise Receiving operation ensuring goods/services are received based on SOP and stipulated service and quality standards/Giám sát hoạt động nhận hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa/dịch vụ được nhận theo đúng quy trình tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và dịch vụ.Timely and accurate posting of receiving/delivery documents from suppliers into the system to ensure timely payment to suppliers and accurate inventory stock count in the warehouse/Cập nhật chính xác và kịp thời các tài liệu giao nhận từ nhà cung cấp lên hệ thống để đảm bảo lịch thanh toán và đếm hàng tồn trong kho.Ensure goods and inventory are well-organised in the warehouse and that company’s assets are secured and protected/Đảm bảo hàng hóa và hàng trong kho được sắp xếp gọn, an toàn và đảm bảo an ninh.
Develop daily workflow and distribution routes to ensure appropriate personnel are placed strategically to maximize output/Xây dựng quy trình làm việc, phân phối hàng ngày để đảm bảo nhân lực được phân bổ hợp lý và tối ưu hóa.
Execute and participate in the inventory stock count exercise/Thực hiện và tham gia việc kiểm đếm hàng trong kho.
Work closely with various Business Units, including but not limited to F&B, Casino, Hotel, Quality Assurance on the receiving of goods with agreed quality level, physical distribution of goods, and return of defective items to suppliers/Làm việc sát sao với các đơn vị vận hành, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở F&B, Casino, Khách hạn, Quản lý Chất lượng để nhận hàng hóa đúng với tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, phân phối hàng hóa và trả hàng lỗi cho nhà cung cấp.
Develop and generate reports as instructed by superior or management/Xây dựng và tạo báo cáo theo hướng dẫn của quản lý hoặc ban quản lý.
Other related tasks as assigned by management/Các nhiệm vụ liên quan khác được ban quản lý phân công.

Yêu cầu công việc

Preferably 3 - 5 years of industry experience in logistics, receiving and warehouse operations/Ưu tiên có 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm Logistics, hoạt động kho vận
Positive attitude and excellent customer service/Thái độ tích cực và dịch vụ khách hàng xuất sắc
Physically fit and well-built due to physically demanding job/Thể chất khỏe mạnh do công việc đòi hỏi sức khỏe
Preferably Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience/Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp ngành Logistics, Quản trị chuỗi cung ứng, hoặc kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan
Good understanding of English both verbal and written/Khả năng tiếng Anh tốt, cả nói và viết
